You may see the celebration of April Wine's Electric Jewels album being celebrated as released in November of 1973 this week and month however according to publications from RPM Magazine the release date of this album occurred during the week of October 27th, 1973 in Canada on the Aquarius label. Please see the the following compilation of citations from RPM magazine that shows how they published information on the release of this album.

And on RPM’s October 20th 1973 issue April Wine’s “Just Like That” under “Nuts & Bolts by Peter Taylor” is written “April Wine's new single is called "Just Like That" and was produced by Ralph Murphy” on page 7.
So by these accounts April Wine Electric Jewels was released in Canada the week of October 27, 1973. More intriguing is how in the November 3rd issue of RPM on page 29, it is quoted as stating "NEW CANADIAN SINGLES Week ending October 24, 1973" and mentions Weeping Widow but October 24th of that year was a Wednesday, so does this mean the album released on that Wednesday then? Inquiring minds want to know!
Finally, in the December 29th issue is this small blurb:
