Videos from William who runs his Rush Archives YouTube Channel who has his corresponding Website linked in every YouTube video he Uploads appears to be the sources of citations for the above two mentioned concerts, both videos from Soundboards.

Rush live at Paramount Northwest Theatre in Seattle, Washington during the 2112 tour. There is a brief interlude following Something For Nothing after Geddy's bass apparently broke, so Alex and Neil play some improvisational jamming to pass the time. This is the only known live recording that features Alex attempting to simulate the studio album's guitar overdubs on 2112's Grand Finale. Originally recorded by KZOK FM radio and broadcast on 20 April 1976. This recording has also been incorrectly associated with the date of 28 October 1976, see the extended notes at the download link below for further details.

Indeed, we now see on Power Windows the two pieces of important historical data:
1. The RUSH 2112 concert tour began March 15th, 1976 at The Starwood.
2. There is no evidence prior to March 26, 1976 that any part of the 2112 album was performed live (See Caress Of Steel Setlist for March 5, 1976).
